Bob Bernstock is a businessman with a BA from Hamilton College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Bob Bernstock’s corporate career dates back to the General Foods Corporation, where he worked for about eight years in several positions with increasing responsibilities. A few years later Bernstock joined the Campbell Soup Company, and during the next thirteen years he held a number of leadership positions, including President of the International Grocery division, President of the North American Grocery division, and Executive Vice President.

When Bob Bernstock was President of the International Grocery Division, he was responsible for sales of $1.5 billion and for freestanding businesses in fourteen countries around the world, with approximately 12,000 employees. As President of the U.S. Grocery Division, he was responsible for sales of $3.5 billion, approximately 11,000 employees overall, a direct sales force of roughly 1,000 personnel, and manufacturing facilities across the United States.

Bob Bernstock also held high level positions at other companies. He is the former President and CEO of Vlasic Foods International, as well as the former President and COO of the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. He is also the past President of the Mailing and Shipping division of the United States Postal Service.
